The location is convenient to the old city by boatman (the boatmen of Zadar are a famous feature of the city), but less convenient by foot. It's not terrible by foot, but you have to like walking. There isn't much around the hotel, unfortunately, in terms of other restaurants or services, but there are some lovely villas and the views cannot be beat. For cafes and such, you really have to go into the old city. The restaurant in the hotel is very good, and the staff are all extremely professional and very helpful. The bed, pillows, linens and towels are all great, and the pool area wonderful.

They gave us a room change shortly after check-in and provided us with a more than ample late check-out. The spa and massage facilities/services were incredible; perfect for a relaxing getaway. Breakfast was amazing, full stop.

The pool is simply perfection – with an uninterrupted view of the islands, it feels like you’re swimming at the edge of paradise. The sunsets are picture-perfect, and the entire setting is pure magic. The staff was exceptional: warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the level of service we received was better than in many of the top luxury hotels in Croatia. We felt truly taken care of in every possible way. There were absolutely no flaws – everything was spotless, beautifully designed, and thoughtfully maintained. The comfort, elegance, and tranquility of this place are truly unmatched. We wholeheartedly recommend Villa Nai 3.3 to everyone – you owe it to yourself to experience this slice of heaven at least once in your life. We can't wait to come back!

The hotel is in a quiet rural village but we used it as a base to make various day trips to nearby towns and national parks. The hotel grounds are lovely - I do not think the photos do them justice. It was so nice to come back from a day trip and enjoy a drink on our patio. Meals were relaxed and informal and the food was good and plentiful. The staff were very helpful and keen to make sure we had an enjoyable stay - which we certainly did.
