Situated in Miskolctapolca in the Borsod-Abauj-Zemplen Region, 1 km from the Cave Bath, Avalon Resort & Spa boasts a year-round outdoor pool and children's playground. The hotel has a spa centre and hot tub. The on-site Avalon Ristorante offers Italian dishes, like pizza made in a wood-fired oven. Bed is comfortable. Room is alright, nothing special, I guess lodges are better. The swimming pool is amazing. Spacious and relaxing and warm water. Staff is really nice and friendly. Restaurant breakfast is great, a variety of food. Evening meal was alright but nothing special, overpriced in our opinion. Next time we go somewhere else for evening meal.

Apartment is brand new, very stylish, modern and spacious. Excellent location, 20 minutes to hot springs, 25 to Lillafured, 5 minutes walk to Miskolc main old town. Apartment has everything you will need during your stay: AC, Towels, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Coffee Machine. Owner is responding very fast, and communicates in English Price to quality ratio is superb! This is going to be one of the most booked apartments in that area if it stays at this price.

Tastefully decorated hotel through out, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable, huge bed, beautiful garden view from the windows. All staff were very polite and welcoming. I need to mention Solt, our waiter who was outstanding: always smiling and happy to help. The hotel is perfect for a romantic gateway and rejuvenation. Lovely spa and massage. Definitely would stay there again.

The property was well situated within the town centre, with close proximity to all important sights and restaurants. The view over the castle of Eger was superb.

Very nice guesthouse in the center of Miskolc-Tapolca. Superb, speaking English, helpful owners. Room looked quite new and kitched was well equipped. Car park under the roof. Great value for money. Will come back for sure.

The nicest hosts I met during my travels in the past years, extremely friendly but still not in your face. The property is located in a idillic place, hence the name‘Harmony’ I guess. The cleanliness is immaculate, everything smelled fresh and clean, facilities were just perfect for our needs, WI-FI fast and strong. Just few steps from the property there are shops and a lovely coffee shop. All in all, 5 starts for everything + 1 star for the outstanding customer service that is a term unknown in Hungary. Highly recommend!
