I loved EVERYTHING about Neano Escape. From arrival to departure, the entire staff was soo friendly & greeted me by name. They were all soo attentive, including the manager. Food was AMAZING & tasty. Great amenities & had an amazing massage at the spa. I also felt safe as a solo traveler. It was my birthday & the staff made it special. Already planning my trip back!

The hotel itself is really beautiful, staff is extremely friendly! What surprised me the most, I didn't see ANY spider during our 1 week stay there, it was surprising. I hate these creatures, so that was amazing for me :D Very friendly, helpful people working there, amazing breakfast a'la carte, freshly made just for you. Really spacious room (we had villa with private pool), there was everything you'll ever need. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, you can enjoy your stay in this place!

We had an amazing one-night getaway in Ubud at this beautiful resort. The view from the bath to the valley was breathtaking, and the welcoming staff made us feel right at home. The breakfast was incredible, and we even enjoyed live Balinese music during the meal, which was a lovely touch.

- Hospitality, the staff are so well trained and so accompanying! We felt as if we met lots of friends during our stay there. A big shout out to Dy, Yuni, and Cintya for taking care of us during our stay❣️ - The food is to die for! The food is reasonably priced given the fact that it's in a hotel. They offer a wide range of food that suits people from different countries. You can find bites and drinks at the beach too. They have the best hotel chef - Artawa at the backstage. They showed high standards in food safety and food quality, which made me feel very safe eating there. The servers were great and attentive, thanks to Intan! - the hotel is relatively new, it was opened in 2021 and the facilities are well maintained. The pool isn't big, but it can get crowded in the afternoon. However, it closes at 9 pm, which gave us enough time to swim and relax. - Kids club, is the best! They open 8am-8pm and provide a good amount of activities everyday to keep the children busy. I felt safe leaving my child at the kids club with the staff members. - flexible check in and check out time.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and could not be faulted. In particular- Weda, Arthu, Mata, Ayu and Tika went beyond the call of duty to entertain our 9 year old girl. The service and enthusiasm to help or get whatever we needed could not be faulted. The rooms were gorgeous and well cleaned. This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in and was certainly a much needed stay after getting Bali Belly in Seminyak.

Brand new hotel. Very clean, huge rooms. Excellent air conditioning. Away from the noise of Ubud yet only a quick, chea taxi ride away. Wonderful staff!
