Best of all we got upgraded to a new large family room during our stay for a week !!! In between they are very good at communication, they set up a whatsapp group at the beginning of your stay and make you feel like you are VIP. Overall recommended stay

The hotel had all the usual Hyatt attributes...great design, super clean, wonderful breakfast on the terrace, good infinity pool, helpful and friendly staff. Everything Hyatt at a great price.

Breakfast are made hot in the dome, freshly streamed dim sums and self made coffee. Good service. they helped us to upgraded to the Mountain View for free.

We had great views of the river and were in short distance from plenty of restaurants. And the people of Kuching are the most easy going and friendly people I have ever met.
