Great hotel in Bintan resorts, our room was located right near the beach. The are 3 hotels on the beach, we used the facilities of Cassia and Banyan tree also.
Room was clean, large, breakfast was good, for lunch and dinner we used Vista in Cassia where we also played table tennis, football and pool billiard during waiting for our order.

The location was superb. The Ship Hotel was an amazing experience. We loved the history of the 100+ years of the ship and the tour was very interesting. A really large area for a four story hotel within the ship. The grounds were well kept and there was plenty of room to be on your own. We loved the beautiful sunsets…some of the best we have seen anywhere in the world. Spectacular!

The location is very quiet and very near to the ferry terminal. They allowed us to check in early and check out late according to our ferry schedule. Five star service. The staff are very polite and helpful. I couldn't ask for more.
The room is spacious and clean. We had free transportation from ferry terminal to the hotel. Staffs are friendly. Great sunset view on the rooftop by the pool. Outstanding massage service!

Incredible service, very friendly and well trained staff. The property is beautifully designed in a colonial style and spotlessly maintained, the pool is state of the art, the sea is amazing - clear waters and literally you are the only ones swimming in the whole bay. The food was incredible - we are vegetarian and the Chef made extra effort to accommodate and create special Indonesian dishes for us for every lunch and dinner! Our massages were amazing too!
