Super helpful upon check-in, we had been delayed by storms in London and they made sure our process was speedy, called the restaurant we had booked ahead of our reservation to warn them we may be a little late, and sorted our taxi ahead of time. We made my wife’s birthday dinner and it was all down to Hayfields staff. Our suite was immaculate, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay nowhere else when repeat visiting Cork as we do. Incredibly beautiful hotel with wonderful food and amenities. The staff was fantastic throughout our stay. Highly highly recommend the falconry (amazing experience!) and dinner in the Pullman restaurant, which was one of the best meals I've ever had. There was so much to do - we missed out on seeing a movie in the hotel cinema because we just didn't have time, and there were a range of activities we'd love to come back and try. Lovely resort in a lovely part of Ireland.
