The friendliness of the staff, the exceptionally beautiful decorations - very royal feeling, the lounge access, the care the staff extends - I wasn't feeling well one morning and they arranged for breakfast to be sent up to the room with food that would be supportive for my stomach, wine + cheese were delivered to the room as a token of the hotel to make us feel welcome and guarantee a pleasant stay.

Feels serene and peaceful though its on a main road. Rooms have a nice garden view, and are well appointed. Bed and pillows shine. Staff is excellent, from Suman at front desk to Kuldeep who helped with luggage to the In room dining wait staff. Food is pretty good, and particularly the Indian food in In room dining was stellar. Hot water in shower was exactly the right temperature. Minibar actually had good items in it.
