Breakfast was good and the flute player was truly brilliant. Loved the peacock flower arrangement on lobby and water feature. All in all, great stay!! Thank you

Everyone is so attentive and nice, it feels like personnel can read your thoughts :D Natarul, our Room Attendant was a great help for us and so nice for us. Jasdeep hepled us out, when we nearly missed our train to Agra (Tour operator failed to pick us up). He arranged a taxi to train station after discussing our tour manager and we made it! In Leela the restaurants are also brilliant. Breakfast amazing and once again, the service excellent! Leela Palace and it’s staff made our Delhi vacation 10+ .

The staff are exceptionally attentive and so well organised that it almost feels like they can read your wishes right off your lips. The facilities are spotless, the bed is very comfortable and every service is ready the moment you need it. I also want to praise the exceptional kitchen and chefs - you’re welcomed warmly and the food is on another level. Nowhere in India have we had a better dining experience. The international cuisine is fantastic, cooked perfectly, and they cater beautifully for a vegan diet, which can still be a challenge to find. Would we come back? Absolutely! I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the spa and pool, but we’ll make sure to do that next time. Kudos, kudos, kudos - amazing stay, worth every cent!

We were welcomed by Indian flower neckless. That was special! In our room, a beautiful letter handwritten to welcome us with sweet delights and fruit. CK was lovely kind and professional.
