The hotel staff is very kind. the location of the hotel is great. unfortunately the room does not reflect the five stars hotel. I assume they defer in design, ours was clean, architecture was beautiful but the decorations and light fittings used were just wrong, the wardrobe was a joke and the ultra mini shower too. we enjoy the great breakfast and the cafe on a terrace overlooking the old town. All in all nice experience, but the hotel is definitely not 5 star.
