Charming hotel. It was full of Christmas Spirit. The decor was old world with comfy couches, chairs, tables all through the lobby. They accommodated my dog and my gluten free diet. I have reservations for Christmas since it was so cheerful I couldn’t wait to go back again.

Travelling with a baby is not easy but they made it extra easy for us! Crib was immaculate and new, restaurant understood why we kept on running in and out, and the high chair was also good quality.
Aside from that the room was of great size, food is great and replenishing. Came here 20+ yrs ago when I was young, love the renovation and yet the same home vibe.

Maybe the only 5* Hotel in the area… The staff was very polite, professional and they know how to treat guests as a “ President”…. We stayed at the Panorama rooms… Was recently renovated, clean, luxurious and well equipped!

Rooms are well maintained and cleaned, except for the shower where we discovered a couple of unpleasant stains.
Lunch is delicious if you decide to go for it for extra money.
Overall, the stay was good, but it definitely was below my expectations from a 5-star hotel. It's not worth the money.
