We were really surprised with the hotel design, room size, quality of furniture and materials in the bathrooms. We were so impressed with the outdoor pool in the room and sauna with jacuzzi and swing on the balcony! So comfortable rooms, beds with the variants of pillows. Never slept like in this hotel :). Room service also very good. All necessary equipment was every time in the room. Food in the restaurant is also without any words ), everything was perfect. Service in the restaurant, quality and the taste of food! everything so delicious, big variety of wine list and cocktails. You can totally relax in this hotel at any time of the year with its perfect spa and pool. that was sooo relaxing. Stylish and clean. And you can go by foot for about 30 min to the historical town with the castle - Lazise. We saw the taxi from the hotel, but prefer to have walk. And the hotel has very good placement. To any interesting place about 20-30 min by car. To the beautiful Sermione is about 20 min. We are highly recommend this hotel!

Property and grounds are stunning. Location was close to town but far enough away to feel the peace and tranquility. The people were all lovely. Francesca at reception and Dep Director Daniele, really made our Birthday celebrations special and memorable. 🙏 Thank you. Pre arrival communications were easy and efficient. View from the room was lovely. Beds were very comfortable. The Restaurant Dinner and Breakfasts were very good. The Bar and outside relaxing area very nice. Had a fantastic massage and enjoyed the warm indoor pool and hut tub. All very clean and quiet. The simple room service pizza had to be one of the best we have ever had. Would love to return to this hotel and thoroughly recommend it.

The property itself is beautiful but the staff is exceptional!! Paulo helped us in every way and every single person that works at the Villa is kind, friendly, happy and always ready to chat or be of service. The food at all times was wonderful. Our four hour dinner at Oselata was an evening to remember! What a phenomenal four days!! Much gratitude to all!!
