When we arrived, we were greeted by Alessandro(the manager) and reception staff with a glass of Prosecco (nice touch). We had booked a deluxe suite, and Alessandro upgraded us to a deluxe ocean view suite which was lovely! The staff of the hotel: from manager, to reception, restaurant crew, and cleaning personnel were all exceptional. The breakfast buffet was great- ( on the top floor with an outstanding 360-degree view)! We got many great tips for local restaurants - they also made several reservations for us - first class service!
