Absolutely stunning. The staff is fantastic and the spa was lovely. I would definitely seek out other Adlers to stay at.

Some room come with a private pool. The rooms were very comfy and the added benefit of a private pool overlooking the Agrigento monuments was stunning. The main area was very nice as well and the staff were always there to help. The Spa services were another highlight. We only stayed 1 night but wished we were there for a full week.

A former winery surrounded by the greenery and vineywards, it offers free Wi-Fi and parking. My stay at Monaci delle Terre Nere was truly exceptional. This is a paradise on the slopes of Etna amidst the lush Sicilian countryside, the property exuded tranquillity and charm. I can't say enough about attentive service, gourmet meals sourced from their own organic garden, exceptional collection of art, fantastic wine tasting and cooking class.... and the sleep. i travel around the world a lot - this is one of THE best places to sleep and simply enjoy time at the hotel. and time here is sweet and slow, just like local honey.
