Very clean and beautifully designed interior, organised and friendly staff, excellent location (10-15 minutes walk from Nagoya train station and 10-mibute walk from the Meitetsu Bus terminal). Rooms were clean with amenities provided (great face wash lotion). Spacious room compared to Tokyo hotels and beds were big and comfortable. Lovely skyline view of the city from our room. Accommodated severe gluten allergy for the breakfast buffet by preparing a separate gluten-free meal for us - ensure to inform the staff of this in advance and the time you will be going for breakfast.

The hotel is next to the central Nagoya train station and bus station and with hotel entrance to the main station concourses and the Shinkansen ticket office and platforms and access to all the main underground lines. Main Nagoya sights are nearly all within walking distance. All the hotel staff are extremely courteous and helpful throughout every part of the hotel. After the hustle and bustle of Nagoya the Hotel is an oasis of calm and beauty We particularly enjoyed Bar Estmare. This was our third stay and we are looking forward to the next visit. There is so much more still to discover in this beautiful hotel.

Multilingual staff will provide you with high-quality service, and free WiFi is available in the lobby Location was a short bus trip from train station, or 20-30 min walk. Having a 15m or so lap pool in a hotel was a nice thing. Onsen/ hot bath was good to have as well. There is also a gym and tennis court. Breakfast was a good mix of options for western or Japanese.
