The facilities are excellent and complete. The location is near Tokyo Disneyland and they provide shuttle to the Maihama Station/Disneyland. There is also a limo bus service to Haneda Airport. The hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. Hotel really pays attention to all the small details, dyson hair dryer, super comfy bed, adjustable lights, 4K TV, tea pots and etc. The staff Megumi helped us to contact different places to find the lost items in very quick respond. We made a mistake with the booking which we discovered way too late: there were only 2 beds instead of 3. We are a family of 2 adults and 2 small kids. We were advised to book a new room through booking.com as they can not make changes to the reservations done through booking.com. And that they would cancel the other reservation for no charge. We could not find anything on the website that gave us a bedroom for 3. So when we arrived at the hotel I just told them about our mistake and asked if it was possible to upgrade and that we were willing to pay for it. The guy behind the counter got on the phone and arranged everything for us right there. And I am not sure if there was any extra cost and if it was it was not a lot. Thank you so much for making our stay more comfortable! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also, it was the best and comfortable hotel room we have had in Tokyo. It was spacious, it had a bath and a separate shower. We all loved it! It was quite luxurious. The beds were hard en good. We have rested so well in this hotel! 10/10 recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our time at the Sheraton. The room was very clean and modern with included toiletries and basic tea/coffee facilities (no milk). The beds were comfy and clean, we also had a cot for our 1 yr old which she had no issues with. The hotel extras included a pool, a gym, kids play room, arcade, flight simulator and laundry and they were all really awesome, we only wish we could have spent more time enjoying them. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We also made use of the shuttle service to the airport which stopped right at the door. We had buffet breakfast included which had lots of options for all kinds of eaters including children. We will definitely be coming back and recommending to our friends and family. The view from our room was across the bay and was STUNNING.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The check-in was fast and there were more options in the breakfast than I expected. The walking trails around the hotel were beautiful so, overall it was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed here for one evening as we had a very early flight the next day. Hotel is perfect, staff wonderful - there is a 7/11 on site which was perfect for a last minute egg sando run, and some additional sweets and gifts. Room was as expected, perhaps a little dated, could do with some more plugs by the actual bedside, but all in all perfect for what we needed. Shuttle next day arrived to collect us and drop off at the correct terminal, very stress free and wonderful stay.
