During our recent four-night stay at Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities. Front desk manager Daesan Hong is an absolute gem, he speaks excellent English and provided us with invaluable recommendations and assistance throughout our visit. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The entire staff was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help—which truly made our stay special. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending historical charm with modern comfort. As you arrive, it looks like you're driving into a stunning movie set. Such elegant decor was also chosen for the lobby and common areas. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and an amazing view. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I especially enjoyed the generous number of pillows (four) on each bed.  One of the highlights was dining at the restaurant for lunch. The dining room is so beautiful with stained glass windows and the food was simply delicious—we especially enjoyed the burger and grilled chicken, both prepared with fresh local ingredients. While the views and design were spectacular, it was the incredible staff that truly made this hotel a great place to stay. We highly recommend Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Nagasaki. We would love to stay here again!

The staff was so kind and accommodating. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was quick, and delicious and the drinks at the bar were well-made. I can not say enough nice things about this hotel. One of my favorite stays and Amila-san and Ryo-san were exceptional hosts.

Amazing hotel in the heart of Huis Ten Bosch. You get free tickets for the park, which by the way is magical! It’s a beautiful hotel as well with big rooms and many many amenities. The breakfast is delicious. Don’t forget they have a shuttle bus, just let them know you have arrived. We didn’t know they did and it was very try confusing to find!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Europe! Staffs were very kind. Although we had to ask again, many thanks to the nice room, made our stay very lovely on our special trip. The view of the fireworks from the room was wonderful!

Rooms at Hotel Denhaag Bosch have warm lighting and wood furniture. Each includes a seating area and an en suite bathroom with bathtub. For entertainment, English-language cable channels are available on the flat-screen TV. I thought at first the location is pretty far from everything but it's quite perfect. I booked the night of the Lunar New Year fireworks but planned to catch it inside the Huis Ten Bosch park instead of the paid seats in front of the hotel. There is luggage service and shuttle in front of the Welcome area of the park, I was able to drop off my bags and enjoy the park while waiting for check in. There are multiple shuttles around the park that drops people off right at the hotel lobby so that is convenient when you want a rest. The room is quited dated and a bit dusty, and the restaurant is pricey. There is a convenience store just a few meters from the hotel so I got my supplies there. After the fireworks show, it was a leisurely walk from the park through the pier and to the hotel, pretty well lit and safe eventhough I was alone and it was late. The next day, they delivered my luggages after check out to a Yamato shop right outside the exit of the park while I still enjoyed my 2nd day of exploring. There is also a bus ticket station where I purchased my bus ride to Nagasaki. It was a seamless transit for me, from Fukuoka to Huis Ten Bosch to Nagasaki.
