Big room full of light with a view of the mountain and the harbour. Very comfortable beds (mattress on the softer side which I appreciated.) Great base to explore the city.

Perfect location. Incredible room layout and amenities. The view from the room is stunning and great space for all your luggage, especially as majority of rooms are quite small in Japan.

During our recent four-night stay at Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street, we were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and amenities. Front desk manager Daesan Hong is an absolute gem, he speaks excellent English and provided us with invaluable recommendations and assistance throughout our visit. He went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The entire staff was outstanding—welcoming, professional, and always ready to help—which truly made our stay special.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, blending historical charm with modern comfort. As you arrive, it looks like you're driving into a stunning movie set. Such elegant decor was also chosen for the lobby and common areas. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and an amazing view. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I especially enjoyed the generous number of pillows (four) on each bed.
One of the highlights was dining at the restaurant for lunch. The dining room is so beautiful with stained glass windows and the food was simply delicious—we especially enjoyed the burger and grilled chicken, both prepared with fresh local ingredients.
While the views and design were spectacular, it was the incredible staff that truly made this hotel a great place to stay. We highly recommend Hotel Indigo Nagasaki Glover Street to anyone looking for top-notch hospitality in Nagasaki. We would love to stay here again!

We felt really welcomed at the hotel! The stuff were all more than incredibly kind, polite, and helpful. The rooms are really nice and spacious and the view is just breathtaking! The restaurant of the hotel is also amazing, from breakfast to dinner everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. The people working at the restaurant are also sooo kind! We observed something amazing - the manager took a baby from its mother for s stroll, so that she can eat in peace. Of course, the architecture of the building is beyond describing, as it is created by the famous architect Kengo Kuma. The interior design is also really nice. When we were leaving, all the stuff came outside the hotel to wave goodbye... A truly amazing hidden jam!

Beautiful place and surroundings and very helpful staff. We needed to go back early to avoid a taifun. Reception called us early in the morning to update on situation and bring us to the only ferry of the day

Amazing hotel in the heart of Huis Ten Bosch. You get free tickets for the park, which by the way is magical! It’s a beautiful hotel as well with big rooms and many many amenities. The breakfast is delicious.
Don’t forget they have a shuttle bus, just let them know you have arrived. We didn’t know they did and it was very try confusing to find!

The breakfast is one of the best, if not the best buffet I have ever had. It not only offers both Japanese and Western-style food, it also offers local cuisine in Nagasaki prefecture. My family say will come again for breakfast alone!

We spent three nights at the hotel, and loved every minute. Breakfast was superb and the location, right by the train station and near the center, was perect for us. The room was excepcionally well distributed. I would no doubt go there again.

A wonderful place, full of old-world charm and luxury. A huge room, especially for Japan. I had a corner room, which meant that I could see the harbor as well as the amusement park. Lots of nice extras, including free use of the onsen, which has jacuzzis and a rotemburo as well as the usual indoor bath. Excellent and extensive breakfast; be sure to try the homemade tofu. Located right between Harbor Town and the Palace, with a handy shuttle bus service. Expensive, but well worth it.
The seaside location and the ocean front view from the room was fantastic. The general layout and design of the bathroom (including the exterior onsen), and the materials used was excellent; it conveyed upscale quality worthy of a boutique hotel at the price point it was charging. The interior decoration and choice of furnishings conveyed a serene sense of Japanese luxury. All in all, the hotel rooms exceeded my expectations.
