Great staff; polite and refined but not “too much”, the steak dinner was nice and they were able to accommodate my request to change one of the dishes. Room was spacious, modern and the overall design was great with a large balcony, a lot of sunlight from the windows and privacy at the same time. Wine was great too.

It is definitely a family friendly place I would come back too. All in one facilities to do - club lounge, wine, matcha experience and more. Our stay was perfect, with friendly staff. Was given a bottle of wine to welcome our honeymoon stay.

We didn't understand it from the booking but it's a full house rental. Amazing traditional Japanese house with a view on Mt.Fuji. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The owner was not present at check-in but replied to questions really quickly over messages.

The breakfast although I selected the Western style option it was more a Japanese breakfast than western and therefore my kids didn't enjoy much. It was delicious, but not much western style.
