From the moment we walked in, we experienced the magic! We were offered a room upgrade by the phenomenal guest expert, Q. He was so incredibly helpful and warm, giving us his WhatsApp for help anytime. We were given an amazing room upgrade to a 1 bedroom suite. It was a beautiful space with views of the lake. The pool was probably the best I've ever seen at a hotel, and I've been to many in over 25 countries of travel. It was magical during the day and evening. We spent each morning and night there, sipping cappuccino or wine. The breakfast buffet was truly extra. The unique Khmer dishes were my favorite, but everything was tasty. We had room service several times, which I can also highly recommend, especially the hand pulled pasta and the lotus chicken curry rice. Finally, the staff just went beyond. They managed tours for us and went beyond and above. GET HERE AS SOON AS YOU CAN TO EXPERIENCE THIS AMAZING OASIS!!

All were great, room is very clean and service is good. The staff there were with great hospitality and the room is with all the things i need just feels like hom. I am very satisfied with almost everything there.

We travelled to the Rosewood Phnom Penh for a friend's 50th celebrations in May 2025. The hotel feels new, is luxuriously appointed with its interiors, incredibly clean and very well maintained. Staff were friendly, but special mention should be given to Daneth at reception who felt like our personal butler over the long weekend of staying at the hotel. She went above and beyond assisting with all of our requests including a very well received late checkout on our final day for a late flight, was happy to give restaurant recommendations before we arrived and helped arrange a lovely 50th celebration for my girlfriend. Unfortunately Sora rooftop bar which had been pre-booked and confirmed for my girlfriend's 50th was unavailable on the night due to a last minute request to book the space by a Government Official, however the staff did their utmost to make the backup Plan B very special and fun, and we enjoyed our evening in the Sky Lobby Bar instead. It also rained over the weekend so no one was able to enjoy the rooftop cocktail bar which was a shame, however the indoor Whiskey Bar was lovely and intimate, with spectacular views over the city. If you are staying on a Sunday, definitely indulge and book Brasserie Louis for their free flow brunch, it really is amazing. Overall my husband and I had a fantastic stay at Rosewood and we would be very happy to recommend it, although pricey for a South East Asian getaway hotel, we were happy to splash out on this occasion for such a comfortable stay. Also you are within a few minutes tuk tuk ride away from the Raffles Hotel for a cocktail at The Elephant Bar for a change of venue!

beautiful, relaxing and amazing pool

Very courteous and friendly staffs, from front counter to service. Hotel is well kept and got style. Bed is comfy and toilet is clean. Location is excellent, next to Aeon shopping mall. Allowed early check in as we arrived early at 11am and late checkout as our flight is in the late afternoon

The hotel prepared a special arrangement for my family's birthday and it was so wonderful that we really enjoyed every second of our stay. Thank you very much to the room preparation team for your awesome hospitality!

Amazing hotel for cheap price! Unbelievable nice breakfast in the 17th floor. Infinity pool at 18th. Rooms are perfectly designed.
