First and foremost the main reason we enjoyed our stay here is because of the staff. Specifically Kim Ladang was the most kind, generous and thoughtful host and made sure we were so comfortable and at ease. The other staff are very attentive but not overbearing. Very happy smiles everywhere. Buffet breakfast is incredible. Infinity pool and fitness centre are amazing.

Sean the Manager arranged pick up at the airport and drop off at the ferry the following morning and we did not ask for those. Furthermore we were wondering how to source some of the local Kampot Coffee and Sean very kindly offered to secure for us. And finally arranged transfer to Phnom Penh for us. 6 star service anticipating your needs, graciously with a smile genuine and as Hotel service used to be. Best hotel experience in Cambodia.

Stayed 4 nights in the terrific place. It had only opened a few months ago and is clearly so well run. From the initial transfer there to our stay and transfer out everything was perfect. Pool is great, loads of free activities, gym steam and Sauna and massage was also lovely. The best bit of the stay and most unexpected is that the food is superb. Western and Cambodian/ Khmer food is great at each of their beach and street food restaurants Staff went above and beyond too. It felt like a real 5* luxury experience on a secluded island without forfeiting all amenities. Would come again for sure

It was an excellent experience at XinHao Hotel, I would like to thanks Mr. Tom informed me more information not only for Hotel also including the City, really helpful for me to more familiar Sihanoukville City. Also enjoy the time at hotel especially for the super swimming pool and the beach.

Everything was luxurious except one of the beautiful swimming pool which connects with the beach was closed which was frustrating
