From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an environment of luxury and warmth. The hotel itself is incredibly beautiful, with attention to detail in every corner. However, what truly made our stay exceptional was the world-class service from the staff. Every team member we encountered was super polite and helpful, but two individuals truly went above and beyond: Mr. Roshan and Ms. Kaveesha. Their professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were evident in every interaction. They provided top-class customer service, anticipating our needs and ensuring every aspect of our visit was perfect. Ms. Kaveesha Gayathree's cheerful and kindful nature was a delight, and Mr. Roshan Hettiarachchi's courteous and efficient service was remarkable. Super Kindful they were! We enjoyed our time at the hotel so much, and a large part of that is thanks to them. The bottom line is that The Golden Crown is a gem—a super beautiful place powered by a team that treats guests like family. I will recommend this hotel 200% to anyone, whether traveling for business or with family. Do not miss the chance to experience this wonderful place and its fantastic staff!

The staff and the owner was amazing..she took care of us..and went all the way and beyond , amazing food options, clean acxomodarion , great value for money! This was a very relaxed hotel. Atmosphere was very chilled. The service and food were really nice and the breakfast was especially nice to.

Everything was outstanding. We stayed 3 nights but could have stayed much longer. Food, service, views, the accommodation itself and the extra activities booked through the hotel were excellent. Would come back in a heartbeat.

Incredible hotel! The overall vibe of this hotel was unmatched, it was a little sanctuary in the middle of the mountains with the most amazing views, vibe and atmosphere. The staff were so incredible and helpful, working to go above and beyond to make our experience special. The food was excellent too! Amazing walks you can do, tea plantation on site, even we got a free upgrade and had the hotel infinity pool pretty much to ourselves! Would 100% recommend! Lacanta was great and super helpful too!

Best location i have stayed yet in Sri Lanka. This pearl has everything you need. The bed is great, the shower is gorgeous and the personel is the best i’ve seen yet. They will help you with literally anything you need and wil accomodate it for you. If something on the menu is not like your taste, they can change it to your own liking. They have a beautiful big tent on the outside of the hotel, which has a bathtub, AC and literally everything you need. There are no downsides i could mention. Like i have said…. The best location in Kandy
