I really liked the welcome they give u, all staff properly trained on guest care, as I arrived Kavisha was very welcoming and throughout my stay she was inquiring n getting feedbacks plus the new wing rooms were super luxurious and has the vibe of a modern hotel! Food was excellent as well!

The service and food were really nice and the breakfast was especially nice to.

Rooms are amazing; I have never seen before that kind of rooms. The hotel is in very nice area, in mountains. Dinner and breakfast was fantastic. The owner of that hotel came to us next day to say Hi ;-) Next time for sure I will choose the same hotel !!!

We stayed at Simpson’s Forest – Luxury Boutique Resort & Spa in February 2025 and had a truly memorable experience. The location is absolutely stunning—set among lush tea plantations and forested hills, it’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking to relax and disconnect from the busy city life. The double room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The food throughout our stay was excellent, with a great mix of local and international dishes. The value for money here is exceptional, especially considering the level of service and quality of the facilities. The staff were a major highlight. The front desk team were warm, professional, and very helpful. A special mention to Wasantha at the restaurant—he was incredibly kind and accommodating, making each meal feel like a personalized experience. The only small downside is that the resort is located about 45 minutes by tuk tuk from Kandy city center, which can make getting back and forth a bit of a trip. That said, the peaceful setting more than makes up for the distance. We highly recommend Simpson’s Forest to anyone visiting Kandy and looking for a scenic, peaceful, and welcoming place to stay. We would definitely love to return!

Each meal at Santani is an experience, and with no printed menus, the chefs propose a menu to each guest based on the dietary preferences and utilizing the fresh organic vegetables grown on site. All room categories are available on a full-board basis. Literally everything! From the beautiful architecture to the staff. The chef is amazing and every meal was special, the staff is incredibly kind and resourceful. Ayurveda treatments and yoga sessions are great. The silence and the view from the room will leave you speechless. Hope to be back soon!

Fitted with hardwood floors and decorated in warm tones, air-conditioned rooms at Elephant Stables all feature a seating area, personal safe, minibar and flat-screen TV. Bathrooms come with bathrobes, free toiletries and a hairdryer. This place is lovely. We loved the family tent, which is a small appartment in itself, with a lot of space (parent’s room, kid’s room, living room, big modern bathroom). It was very clean. Breakfast was generous and delicious. The set up for pool and meals is gorgeous.

From the incredible staff who anticipated my every need, to the delicious food and the variety of activities in the area. I was truly surprised by how wonderful the place was. The property is not only perfect for those who appreciate comfort, but also for those looking to explore the nearby cultural sights. The team at the house went above and beyond to make sure our stay was unforgettable! The attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience exceptional. Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay, and I sincerely hope I can return as soon as possible! Room was quiet, comfortable and clean. We planned to stay only one night and finally we stay an extra night. We highly recomended this place!
