Great location, just around the corner from the medina. We had a brilliant room, spacious, warm, and fine view of Fes. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. The breakfasts were wonderful and the trip they organised was perfect on a cold day. Cannot recommend it enough.

Our experience at this Riad was extraordinary. On arrival, the owner's son kindly offered his parking spot for our convenience, reflecting the safe, friendly neighborhood. The Riad itself radiates the family's love and warmth, making us feel like part of their family. Its excellent location made exploring easy and comfortable. This place has won our hearts, and we can't wait to return. The delicious, warm breakfasts and the attentive staff added to our wonderful stay. Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. The hotel and the staff were excellent. The hotel is within walking distance of the main tourist spots, in a quiet street. The bedroom was big and nicely decorated, very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.

I stayed at the Palais Faraj just for one night and it gives me unforgettable emotions. The hotel has the best panoramic view in Fes. The restaurant on the rooftop offers different types of Cuisine: Moroccan and European. Both of them are amazing there. This is important part of my experience(!!): Unfortunately, after check out on the way to Marrakech I realized that I forgot my sweater at the hotel room. And thanks a lot for Manager Maryem. She did impossible really! She delivered me my sweater from Fes to Marrakech during 24 hours (!!!). I travel a lot, but I’m amazed by this type of service. She was so kind to me and helpful. We kept in touch until I got my sweater with me. This was priceless. I’m so glad for her attitude to me. Maryem, if you are reading this, thank you so much. I definitely highly recommend this hotel.
