Staying at Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace was one of the highlights of my trip to fez. The riad itself is stunning , a perfect blend of traditional Moroccan charm and modern comfort. But what made the stay truly special was the staff. Kenza welcomed us with the warmest smile and made me feel at home immediatly. Mostapha was equally wonderful --always attentive , and ready to help with anything i needed ,from directions to recommandations. Thanks to them, my time in fez felt effortless and memorable. Highly recommend this riad to anyone visiting the city.

We had the most amazing time at this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. And the facilities were wonderful. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel and our stay there. Couldn’t expect any better. Lastly the restaurant we ate in was good value and food was good. Thank you.

Everything was beyond our expectations. Kabir was really wonderful and helped us with everything. We felt really at home. Also the best breakfast we ever had! The rooms are very spacious and overall there is a great vibe in the Riad.

The breakfast is excellent, as you would expect from a 5 star hotel, but what made Hotel Sahrai stand out for us was their human side. Mrs. Semira applied a traditional remedy to our 8-year-old daughter with a fever. After which she kissed her on the forehead. My wife and I will be forever grateful. And of course, the General Manager, Mrs. Lamiaâ Boujnini, who organized a wonderful in-room dinner for us and took on a difficult assignment I asked for some handmade leather goods. We couldn't leave the hotel but they made everything easy and comfortable for us. Thank you.
