The room was big enough , clean and the bed was comfortable.The managment is there for any help you need. Everyone was helpful and wanted your stay to be unforgetable. My little girl had her birthday on the same day of check in and iI asked the hotel if they can prepare something for her and they said with pleasure. They prepared a small birthday party for her. Really you made her day. Thank you very much from the bottom of my heart for the nice birthday surprise which made my liitle girl so happy. Thank you very much for everyone who involved in the preparation and participated in the birthday party. Big thank you! I owe all of you a visit to this nice hotel and stay with you couple of nights next time when I come to Fes Incha allah. Thank you very much Mrs. Hajiba and all of the other staff. Big thanks.

The location is ideal just a 5-minute walk from the souk, right in the heart of the medina. The staff is incredibly attentive and always thoughtful. The cuisine is exceptional, and the breakfast is both generous and delicious.

Situé dans l'ancienne médina, le Riad Palais Ommeyade occupe un palais traditionnel au décor marocain. Il propose une piscine extérieure, une baignoire spa, des massages et des soins corporels. Absolutely amazing!!! Just come come come you won't regret it LOL. The suite is beautiful and spacious, Very good location and good view of the whole medina city at the restaurant,enjoy the sunset . Hotel room is better than the pictures shown here. From the gate to the parking lot,When you arrive , call the hotel, the traditional well-dressed bell-boy would take you to the parking lot and help take your luggagel . At the Reception，Fatima is absolutely helpful and friendly and happy, And also the manager. They impressed me a lot. I will surely come next time. They are all happy person. We even make friends LOL... thank you all

L’établissement 5 étoiles Riad Jnane Fes Medina & Luxury Palace se situe à Fès, à respectivement 2,6 km et 700 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Palais royal de Fès et Place Batha. Les hôtes ont été d’une très grande gentillesse et d’un accueil remarquable ! On a passé un très beau séjour dans le Riad et ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse pour un séjour à Fès :)

L’établissement Riad Amira Luxury Palace vous accueille à Fès, à respectivement 3,5 km et 700 mètres de ces lieux d’intérêt : Palais royal de Fès et Bab Bou Jeloud Fes. Il comprend un restaurant. Everything was perfect. The staffs were super nice and kind(especially Muhammad, thanks!). The hotel staff picked me up when I arrived, and took me to the meeting point on my last day going to another city. Fes medina is not an easy place to find a way, so it was very helpful! (Other hotels don’t do that unless you pay more). My room was pretty big, and the facilities were in a good condition. The location couldn’t be better.

Everything is perfect, people are so friendly helping with all requests and trying always to give the best experience for us. They recommended a very nice tour guide which we could learn more about history of Fez and also took as to places that most probably we would not visit by ourselves. This riad is the true marroc experience that we were looking for!!!
