Desserts are delicious. The attentiveness of staff. Ismail the concierge is super amazing. Staff at the reception showed high level of commitment, dedication and respect. Shuttle bus to the old city centre. I’m excited and I had a wonderful time. Can’t wait to come back with family

Stunning, immaculately clean, great location (quiet, incredibly safe, even at night: we walked close to 11pm, and felt very safe). Staff was so courteous. Our breakfasts and dinners were same level as at Le Marocain. I cannot recommend this Riad enough. This was our first visit to Marrakesh, and will be back!!

Breakfast was very hearty and complete, and the details and furnishings in the rooms were perfect. We will DEFINITELY stay here on our next visit to Marrakech.

We were given carrots for the hotel's resident donkeys, and in the playroom, there was even someone to explain all the video games. A few other very special impressions: I was allowed to play piano at the bar, or rather practice 😉, the entire hotel complex smells heavenly, like something out of One Thousand and One Nights; the management is incredibly accommodating: we arrived a day later and did not have to pay for it (despite being way out of the refund time), room service was super fast. The sample pictures do correspond perfectly to reality: the architecture and craftsmanship are breath-taking (200 artesian worked for 10 years!), the garden is calm, magnificent and tasteful; all facilities are brand new and of the highest standard; the rooms and the hotel are extremely clean; the staff is incredibly warm, friendly, exceptionally well-trained and caring and attentive handling of children, any special request is fulfilled and made possible;

Because we came earlier than a check in time, we had to wait for a few hours that was the bad news the good news we got an upgrade to senior suite. It was amazing! So big, the bed is so comfortable, the fireplace etc. The food was great, especially breakfast!
