A very special thank-you to Mr. Osama, Mr. Suheib, and Ms. Khadijah for their exceptional professionalism and kindness. We had a few issues during our stay, but they handled everything perfectly — with patience, care, and genuine hospitality. They truly made a difference and turned the situation into a great experience. Thank you to the whole Idou Malabata team for always making us feel welcome. Everything was exceptional, from the room with the breathtaking view, to the swimming pools with private ocean access and the multiple facilities. The most featuring part who made our stay memorable was the staff. Everyone was super kind and always available. A big shoutout to Aja who explained us the main features of the hotel in an impeccable and to the waiter Mohammed who made us dinner unforgettable always serving us and being out our disposal with his extreme friendliness and simplicity. All the staff are excellent, those cleaning the rooms, receptionists, everyone in the restaurant and kasbar. I stayed for 5 times in the last two years and counting for the sixth.

The wellness centre includes a sauna, hot tub and hammam, as well as body and massage treatments. It not only meet my expectations but exceeded it. The staff are very nice, the room and wifi was excellent and a short walk away from the socco. We will certainly stay again.
