The staff were incredible, we opted for the Opal Lounge the staff were extremely helpful and the service brilliant. Best Eggs Benedict we’ve ever had. Despite a lot of building work going on across the road and noise from nightlife the double doors meant we didn’t hear it at all. The beds were super comfortable and our room was conveniently close to the pool and the Opal Lounge. The concierge gave us great advice, we were attended to immediately and he organized our tickets and gave us all the information and direction we needed.

Room was super clean and spacious. Breakfast extra delicious.

Reception is open 24 hours a day. Was nice weekend stay , we were upgraded to sea view from garden view at no cost. The breakfast has everything you want to start your day. The indoor pool is nice and we'll kept.

Breakfast and rooms were outstanding, as well as the service. They left a card and chocolates in my room on the first day :) Loved the pool too. I didn’t want to leave!

This hotel is one of the best hotels we stayed. Upon checkout, I saw Forbes Outstanding plaque on the wall and was informed by the staff that this is the only hotel rated Outstanding in Malta and one of only 39 in Europe! Service is excellent. We travelled with an 11 month old baby but not once did I feel challenged around the hotel. It is so clean and everyone is helpful. We had to call the room service several times to heat our baby’s food and whenever we called them, they were literally at the door in less than 2 minutes. Location is superb as well. It is at walking distance from all the restaurants and pubs and the ferry terminal is just around the corner. Breakfast is amazing with an incredible view.

Very well restored old building with all the modern amenities. Excellent staff and service. Good restaurant. Great location.
