Excellent location, welcoming friendly reception staff and stunning room with beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious with good variety and very good service from the staff.

After an intense workout, guests can relax with an in-room massage or a drink from the room's refreshment center. The price did not match my expectation - because it was much better than I was expecting with an amazing view! :) We loved the room, the hotel had a great vibe, the location was central and safe, an easy walk to museums and parks. The staff and the concierge desk were fantastic and even helped us book a table at Ticuchi restaurant nearby which was not available online, such great food and an amazing experience.

Hyatt Regency Mexico City is located next to the National Auditorium and Auditorio Metro Station. The National Anthropology Museum, Chapultepec Lake and the exclusive Presidente Masaryk Avenue are within a 10-minute walk. Location is great, really close to Paseo Reforma and Polanquito where you can find many restaurants. The room was very clean and if you forget to bring something the hotel can provide you with a plethora of amenities.

A ride from the airport was included as well as minibar !! Was worth staying in the center just for the sake of this hotel, otherwise I would have of course picked a different neighbourhood as it is a too busy part of town + I didn't know of protests happening. Asked for a quiet room and was granted it, lovely! Thank you, I would definitely stay here again !!
