- The staff (reception, beach & restaurant service, housekeeping, ...) was exceptional. I have rarely experienced such an outstanding service. - The breakfast was amazing (quality of the food, choice, ...). - The food in the Turmeric restaurant is very good and at a reasonable price. - The beach is amazing: very quiet, no rocks in the water.

It was a great experience staying at KSL hotel. The hotel is very convenient and nearby the KSL mall only which allow us to explore the area more. The room is clean and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast are awesome!!It's worth the money.

Big rooms with great decor, they have succeeded in making it look grand. 25 m pool and mountain views. Good quality linen and housekeeping. Great food at the restaurant for a reasonable price even though the beer was overpriced. I was the only one there for the 2 nights, which is a little daunting, but I had staff waiting on me hand and foot. It's a bit more expensive than normal in Malaysia, but nice for a splurge.
