The cleanliness was amazing and the bed was excellent. The hotel reception staff was so helpful, especially Miss Seray, the duty manager was exceptionally helpful and hospitable. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The valet was always quick to get my car. Breakfast buffet had so much variety, it was lovely. The gym is great for a hotel and I really liked the addition of a lap pool.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel is beautiful, and the service reflects their motto "Whatever, Whenever" perfectly. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options to start the day. One of the highlights of our trip was when our boys went big-game fishing (arranged separately) and caught some fish. To our delight, the hotel went above and beyond by preparing the fish for our dinner, even though we know this isn’t something they usually offer. This gesture made the experience feel extra special. We were blown away by the effort and creativity of the chefs, especially Ambed and Emanuel (Manu), who prepared the fish in several different dishes. Every bite was a masterpiece, and our taste buds were thrilled! Chef Ambed made our last two nights unforgettable, and it was such a pleasure to get to know him. His kindness, talent, and attention to detail left a lasting impression on us.

The hotel itself was excellent—comfortable, lovely, and a perfect reflection of Omani hospitality. The room was not just a place to sleep but a sanctuary to unwind, made even better by the attentive service. I want to give special recognition to a few outstanding staff members. First and foremost, Amna at reception was simply brilliant. She saved the day by helping me arrange a birthday present for my fiancé—something I completely forgot (yes, I’m that forgetful!). Then there’s Raushan, the room keeper, who kept my room spotless every single day—his attention to detail was impeccable. Last but not least is the dearest Shafeena (I hope I remember her name correctly—what I do remember is that it means "innocent" in Arabic), the Chef of cuisine. She was nothing short of amazing, effortlessly handling local, continental, and Indo-Pakistani cuisine at the same top level. Her captivating smile, kindness, and unforgettable eyes truly left an impression. Not only is she a brilliant chef, but also a kind and wonderful person. I hope someone at the Sheraton Muscat will read this and convey my warmest greetings to them. I look forward to returning soon! 😊

It's extremely convenient. Breakfast: Is okay. Staff at the front desk: these staff are extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating, I was lucky enough to have "Kristina" attended to me both time I booked to stay during my trip to Oman between 17-21 December, 2023. She is a real Gem. CRM: When I checked in the second time on this trip, the date was fallen on my birthday, they organised a birthday cake and placed it in my room. I was already impressed with their "can do" attitude and with this surprise, I was even more impressed. This is my third time staying at this hotel. It would be my preferred place to stay when we are in Muscat again.
