The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Anyone who knows me, knows that I never give 10/10 overall for all services. This was the FIRST TIME I have to give a perfect score to any hotel anywhere in the world. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered and treated as VVIPs. welcome drinks and valet parking. Our room had been decorated to accommodate our anniversary. The guest relations lady, Ahlam, went on my instagram, downloaded, printed and cut out photos, and arranged them with flowers on our bed. We were upgraded for free to a suite, we had complimentary cakes and fruit. We had complimentary drinks and snacks by the huge empty pool. Our dinner and breakfast were exceptional. Hell, Everything was exceptional, but the staff just made it magic.

All the rooms come with air conditioning and a flat screen TV with satellite channels. While some rooms boast sea views and others garden views, all rooms come with an electric kettle and coffee machine. The rooms are complete with a private bathroom with free toiletries, a bathrobe, two outdoor swimming pools and hair dryer. We wanted some peace and quiet and this is exactly what we got: a lovely, spacious room away from the hustle and bustle. A terrace with a sea view. Comfortable beds. Friendly, professional staff. Unbeatable location. We felt very well taken care of and could have stayed longer, both at the W and in Muscat. Special thanks to Joel and Daniela for making our stay a fun one.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. We were happy with our connecting rooms. Beautiful pool, nice and warm in December. Direct beach access to a lovely stretch of sand. Nice outdoor play area for kids with lawn games. Clean and spacious kids club. Large breakfast buffet with very nice choices. Great surprise to find the bowling alley at the property! Within walking distance of the Al Mouj marina, with great options for lunch or dinner. Highly recommended!

Among the facilities of this property are 4 restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi. The property features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, Spa and garden. The front desk staff Ibrahim and Saleh were really good. The breakfast staff were incredible. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning and tidying our room. Ottaman, the bellman, picked up our bags and negoatited a great taxi fare for us to the airport Overall, Sheraton Oman was a great choice.

The rooms were very clean, cosy and nice. What impressed me mostly the Bayredo , Bal d’ Afrique hand wash, body lotion, shampoo and a conditioner as it is my favorite brand. the breakfast was delicious.
