I stayed for a few days at the Grand Hyatt BGC in Manila and the experience was excellent in every respect. Our corner room on the 52nd floor offered a breathtaking view of Manila Bay. The staff were always kind, attentive, and professional. The swimming pool, gym, and spa are well-maintained, spotless, and orderly. The elegance of the hotel is enhanced by the presence of fresh orchids throughout the property. The hotel’s restaurants are truly top-tier in gastronomy, offering both exceptional food quality and outstanding service for a memorable dining experience. A stay I highly recommend to anyone seeking comfort, luxury, and impeccable hospitality.

Had a wonderful stay at Ascott BGC! The location was fantastic, right in the heart of BGC with stunning views. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Excellent choice of restaurants, incredibly attentive staff (special thanks to Efren on room service who provided excellent help), clean and comfortable and wonderful place, even if I wasnt a gambler! Room upgrade to a bay room was wonderful.

ABC is an amazing place to spend our holiday. No matter if we are a couple, family with kids or just a group of guys looking to have some fun, there is something for everyone, so no one will be left disappointed. The hotel is so well equipped, if we want we may not even leave it. There are various restaurants with different types of meals like, Thai, traditional Filipino, other meals from all over Asia and of course things from European and American kitchens. The Millionaire Spa is awesome, there is a rich choice of different massages as well as all necessary to make a woman happy like a manicure, pedicure and etc. The hotel also offers transfers to everywhere you need to go or wants to visit. Cars and vans are new, clean, all with Aircon and the drivers are also awesome with a very good knowledge of the area and always able to recommend something for your needs. There are multiple swimming pools to satisfy everyone's needs (kids and adults) and Aqua Beach Club is something you should visit for sure and will fall in love with the place! The rooms are very specious, all are air-conditioned and equipped with everything we need. The mini bar is awesome with various drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) + rich choice of sweets and salty food and the prices are very reasonable (not seriously over priced like in most of the hotels). There are 2 shopping malls just across the street, but you will need a transport to get there (as I mentioned earlier, you can use the hotel cars prices are very reasonable). The Walking Street is only 10 mins walking away from the hotel. I can keep going with the good words and positivity about ABC but it's much better if you just go and experience this for yourself!

Accommodating staff. Especially Sheila Acao (we left crocs kid shoes - contacted the housekeeping and spoken to Sheila as we already back home in Davao and offered to send this via LBC; my family were grateful for her extended service). Hotel with excellent facilities. Ambience +++ and safe....Comfortable room and clean. Location adjacent to nearest mall - Shangrila Plaza and SM.
