Although we arrived at the hotel around 9:00 AM — well before the official 2:00 PM check-in time — Humma kindly arranged a room for us right away, so we didn’t have to wait. This thoughtful gesture made a big difference after our journey, and we’re truly grateful for her help. A special thank ti Zaineb and Mehtaab from housekeeping on the 8th floor, who were both exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service . Overall, this has been a flawless experience. The warm hospitality, professionalism, and personal touches made us feel truly cared for. We’ll definitely be back — and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to others.
