Wonderful compound - a historical monastery where the original spirit and details are nicely maintained and incorporated. Most impressive was the Church that was still there and active, incorporated in the domain. One of the most beautiful Churches we saw on our trip in Portugal. Nice outside pool area and a little spa and inside pool.

Breakfast was awesome, flower is a nice touch! The shower was fantastic, and the bed super comfortable. The grounds are lovely and the staff very professional and friendly!
