GermanyWe had an amazing stay at Hotel Adam. The hotel is very well designed and the rooms are perfect! You get free snacks everyday and the free minibar is replenished everyday. The private pool is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. The pool temperature is refreshingly cool, perfect after a warm day in the sun!
Our 14 month old loved the kids room and we spent a few hours there everyday. The recreation staff gave her small gifts each time they saw her.
The hotel staff is attentive and helpful. Wall's was our host for the stay and made us feel comfortable from the very start. Nana and Queen from the reception helped us as well. Tia kept our daughter very entertained and really went above and beyond to get a smile out of her each time!
The breakfast is delicious! There is a buffet as well as many a la carte options to choose from. You can order multiple things from the menu. Everything we tried was great! The restaurant staff is kind and gave us off menu options for our baby as well.
The hotel is not too far from the beach yet far enough to be away from the party crowds.
We can only recommend this place! Thai hospitality at its finest!

Truly a 5 star service hotel. Great people and lovely staff. Hassan in special was a great guy, always friendly and happy! We felt like we were always welcome and at home at the hotel. Great amenities like a spa, room service (great food) and nice shuttle to Ao Nang.

The resort was truly 5 star! Let alone that that resort was top quality the location and views were amazing. It was like something out of a movie. I would definitely go again.

the only big minus point is: the quality of the food is not tasteful, everything is pre-cooked and just reheated - no fresh food! therefore it is not a 5 star hotel at all.
otherwise a very relaxing, quiet, clean and comfortable beach resort with all amenities, fitness center, (restaurants), great spa, nice pools with lots of sun loungers and shaded areas, direct access to the sea, play area for the kids and a great kids club etc.

The breakfast was definitely the worst I've ever had in a 4 or 5 star hotel in Thailand, they couldn't even make a Thai omelette .
Rooms old and in need of updating. But they were clean.

Everything. This place is a real 5 star resort. Staff were so nice, location very beautiful and amenities superb. Very clean and beautiful room. They offer complimentary yoga and boxing classes which were very nice. Spa is amazing.

Nothing - ok - maybe in some rooms a real wardrobe in the 38qm rooms and an ashtray would give the last perfection - nevertheless - a GREAT and real5 Star hotel !
Service is amazing and is doing everything to satisfy your wishes - situated it’s in my eyes very good - but not as crowdy Ao Nang! Very new buildings - very clean and breakfast is amazing !
Expect for in-house drinking and dining higher prices - but around are also a lot of good restaurants and bars !
Go there ! Have great vacations ! It’s an amazing place

An electrical outlet is missing in the bathroom. Expect that, the room was nice, the restaurant was nice as well as the SPA.
The pool is a bit too small for such a 5 stars hotel.
The employees are all very kind.
