Everyone was very good, but one young woman named Miss Vee, restaurant service attendant, stood out for her skill, talent, kindness, and abilities. During our stay at the Veranda Resort, we always had lunch and dinner at the restaurant thanks to the good cuisine but also thanks to the great professionalism and empathy of Miss Vee. We really felt great here.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and the hotel building felt very new—everything was spotless and well-maintained. They even have their own hotel app, which made communication smooth and convenient. Requesting housekeeping, towel changes, or room service through the app was especially easy and efficient. The breakfast service was also very satisfying. We stayed for a total of five nights, and the menu changed slightly every day, which kept things interesting. The mix of Western and Asian dishes allowed us to enjoy breakfast in our preferred style, and there was also a small corner where you could order freshly cooked egg dishes. Although breakfast is available, the room also comes with a kitchen, so you can cook for yourself if you prefer. A convenience store is only a 3-minute walk away, and if you walk 3 minutes further, there is a large supermarket (MACRO), which made shopping very convenient. Another big advantage was having a washing machine in the terrace —it was perfect after swimming or spending time in the water. The room itself was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable for the price. Overall, excellent value for money! The staff were wonderful, the facilities were modern, and the stay was incredibly convenient. Highly recommended!

There are 27 cats in the village, the vibe is very very good if you love cats. But if don’t like it’s still a nice picture with cats everywhere. 2. Highly recommend the hotel upload cat photos on IG or FB to lets us know the cats current situation that we still very very miss the cats. 3. I like the pool outside our house. 4. Helpful and polite staff. Things I don’t like: 1. There’s no air conditioning in the living room. It definitely needs one. 2. Shower room’s design not good, water easily splashed everywhere.
