We stayed in Akra as a honeymoonung couple and had the best time. The staff was very kind, the bed and the view were to die for. We.loved everything, how safe and appreciated we felt, the little gesture the staff left for our honeymoon, the view, the amenities. Overall, we were sad we had to leave and Akra is definitely the hotel we will book if we return to Antalya in the future.

The bar concept is very high standard. You can get very exclusive whiskey, vodka or Gin, they really use premium brands in bottles and they have special cocktails created by their own barman for example, “Air” cocktail the “earth-cocktail” the architecture of the hotel unbelievable because they make a pool around the rooms so you can listen at night the water sounds from the pool and the pool view from that rooms are unbelievable. Every room mostly have a very good few to sea very and comfortable beds. The Spa area are very clean, nice and have a great 2 big Hamams, a light sauna, hot sauna even a salt room and of course a steam room. The gym is ok. The also have a nice indoor pool. One of the highlights are the kids club. They built a little kids town, with fire station police station etc. great entertainment one of the best kids club that I see. They also have entertainment for adults, for example, night club and big amphitheater. The service are very great always friendly, helpful and do the best for the guests. One little critic Point is the food. The food is good but not so authentic typical Turkish, for example they can switch more to authentic Turkish cuisine concentration on good meat. The presentation of the food was OK as I said the food was not bad was good but when you compare the other hotels they can make better. I think next year will be better. I think we will come next year again hopefully with different type of food, but the rest is almost perfectly. Good job Ethno hotel best regard.

We liked everything! The hotel in general is very good quality, clean and the beach is well organized. Food is amazing - a lot of different variations, the main menu is different every day. A la carte restaurant is good too, tasty, highest mark for the service. The personnel are very helpful, especially Shirin (guest services) who helped us when we had any questions. Initially we got 3 separate beds (as we requested), but the room size wasn't comfortable for us, so we asked if we could move to another room, they provided a bigger one with absolutely no problem and no extra cost.

The service quality was very good, especially the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. The cocktails served at the bar were great and unusual. Hasan Oktar chef, and other bar employees (especially Nisa and Mevlut) prepared wonderful cocktails and drinks, I loved the floral-gin cocktail most. In addition, intern Resul, who brought our drinks to the sunbed and asked for our orders with a smile throughout the day, also impressed us with his service quality. We had nice conversations with him. Generally, in all-inclusive hotels, food is usually not very delicious, but in this hotel, everything in the open buffet was very delicious. The chef, preparing wonderful omelettes with fresh ingredients was serving at the open buffet every morning. The restaurant service was also very good. Mr. Ahmet Güler, who did not keep us waiting even for a second to order and serve our drinks during our dinner, and Mrs. Filiz and Berfin, who served our tea and coffee in the mornings with all their smiles, made us have an amazing experience that we are not accustomed to in open buffet restaurants. Apart from these, the percussion show organized in the evening at the Merlo bar was very nice and the entire bar staff provided super fast service without keeping anyone waiting. The use of all bars-restaurants and sunbeds was limited to hotel guests only, increasing hotel quality. We stayed in family room and the room and all beds were also very comfortable. Last but not least, reservation team helped a lot as well to shift our reservation days in booking.com due to popped up emergency situation. In general, we liked the hotel and the staff very much.
