A Truly Relaxing and Welcoming Experience! We had an absolutely perfect experience at Akra Sorgun TUI Blue Sensatori. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and cared for. Unlike many all-inclusive resorts that feel overcrowded, this hotel offers a peaceful and spacious atmosphere, allowing you to truly relax and enjoy your vacation. The staff were incredibly kind — they upgraded our room free of charge, and also allowed us to check in early and check out late, which gave us even more time to enjoy the hotel. Every team member we interacted with was friendly and attentive. You can feel that they genuinely want you to have the best experience possible. Special thanks to Mahir at the bar, who does his job with care and professionalism — always friendly and helpful. You absolutely must try the lentil (mercimek) soup at Safran Restaurant – it’s rich, comforting, and delicious, even on a warm day. Another big plus: we never had to wait in line for anything — everything from restaurants to bars to service was smooth and well-managed. There are just two small suggestions for improvement: 1. At the beach bar, the plastic cups warm up quickly under the sun — maybe insulated or reusable cups would help. 2. After swimming in the sea, there wasn’t a place to hang or leave towels while showering. And leave it after showering by sea. Despite these very minor issues, we had an incredible time. We would love to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality, relaxing, and truly guest-focused all-inclusive experience.

You can play billiards, table tennis and darts at this 5-star hotel, and the area is popular for cycling. - the food was diverse and delicious - the room was big and clean - we even got a feee upgrade to a jacuzzi room - the beach is awesome, you can order stuff from the bar and the drinks are brought to your table - everyone is nice and warm and helpful - there were enough sun beds at the beach for everyone - although the hotel is for families, they have 16+ areas both at the beach and at the restaurant - they have lots of cats, well fed and really friendly - the hotel is also pet-friendly, some guests were there with their dogs

The hotel hosted a fantastic lineup of activities and performances that kept guests entertained throughout their stay.
