It is just 2 minutes' walk from Taiwan High Speed Rail shuttle bus stop. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Everyone who worked there was amazing. Very nice and helpful. I booked a tour through them after I failed to do so online and it was so easy. The pool is fabulous . The room is huge and the bed is comfortable. The pillows are perfect. I did not eat ruler but the buffett looked really impressive .There are great restaurants nearby and a family mart or 711 is really close , I can't remember which one. There is a bank in the lobby and that's amazing for money exchange.

The private bathroom has shower facilities, bathtub and hairdryer. Everything was perfect. Location of the hotel was excellent. Helpfulness and friendliness of staff from concierge to bellboy. Room was large, clean and comfortable. This got to be one of the best, if not the best hotel I have stayed at.

Close to Taiwan boulevard so you can get the buses and around the corner from the YouBike station so I could travel everywhere by bike! Cole walk to business too for eating. The people were so friendly (Shoutout to Peter!!!!! He definitely was so patient and helpful. Truly a great CX)

But the best part was the staff, they were by far the best we're ever had. Everyone was super friendly, efficient, spoke english and anticipated our needs without ever being pushy. The concierge helped us pick the perfect tour to Sun-Moon lake at a great price, confirmed all the details and options with us, handled the communication and payments with the driver, booked for us, and even called our driver while we were on our way back to make sure the tour went well. The reception staff was also lovely and helped us with so many things. Thank you for a wonderful and memorable stay, we're so happy we also got to celebrate the hotel opening. If you go to Taichung this is definitely the best hotel to stay at :)
