The welcoming is so warm and the receptionist brings detailed information about the different places of the resort. The room is perfect and the bed is so comfortable that it is not difficult to fall asleep. About the environment, it is in an ideal situation, access to the beach from the resort, it offers water sports and when the tide is low you can enjoy the sandbank. At the restaurant, the waiters give you personalized attention, they give us a ''sweet surprise'' for our wedding, and are always interested in you and your satisfaction with the service. All the waiters were very polite and funny but we will never forget the attention of Sabato, Raphael, Naftali, Hossam, Haji and Ursula. They made every meal perfect. Lastly, we want to recognize Hossam's work, who made sure that everything was perfect for the clients and workers.
