The staff do whatever they can to make sure you feel welcome and that you have a great stay. It's not your typical "luxury" hotel, but if you want the true luxury of being treated as a welcome guest, this is the place to be. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to join in the complementary evening drinks, but did get a chance to chat to the staff and hear about their plans. Highly recommend.
