Upon arrival we were checked in by Carl on the front desk who was super friendly and helpful, he gave us lots of amazing recommendations! The room was spacious, comfortable and felt very luxurious. We treated ourselves to room service a few times and the food was great. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, we did unfortunately have an issue with valet - however Zoe at the front desk immediately solved this for us and couldn’t have been more helpful! All the staff at the front desk were incredible! Such a lovely hotel and amazing experience, we’d absolutely stay here again!

Best place we could have stayed at near South Padre Island! Everything was wonderful. The room was comfy, clean, warm and cozy. The reception area and coffee shop were also super cute. The manager, a young man that was also taking care of the café and shop area is a gem, incredibly friendly. We will definitely stay here whenever we visit the area, for sure!

Loved the room in its entirety. Great design taste and everything looks stunning with lots of details. Super comfortable but a bit noisy from the outside. Nothing to complain about. I will come back for sure.

This is a brand new hotel commissioned, as per the manager, in July 2025. The room was sparklingly clean. I particularly loved the shower facilities. Staff were overly friendly: I didn’t have a charging adapter with the right plug, and they gave their own charger to me to keep it until checkout.
