The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. I used the salon attached to the hotel and had great service. The Bookstore bar/restaurant was also very satisfactory.

The windows in each room open to allow fresh air in. We just live the ambiance of the hotel and all of downtown. We have been coming in special occasions for years!! Lots of great memories made here.

The property is non-smoking and is located 1.9 km from Westport Beach. It was really easy to find and super clean! We absolutely would go there again.
