Very friendly staff, especially the middle aged staff member wearing a sweater also occupying the cooking place as well as welcoming guests. He and the other staff members made us feel genuinely welcome in the beautiful Vietnamese welcoming way. There was a delicious breakfast with each day something new to try out. Room was clean, large, good AC etc

Excellent Stay!
We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. Everything was very well organized, and the facilities were top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. A special shout-out to Julie, who was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Her warm hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay!

Exceptional stay at Hotel de la Coupole! The design is so elegant and luxurious! The attentive staff made sure that every detail was perfect. Breathtaking mountain views from the luxurious room, delicious breakfast and dinner. I want to mention that Mo and Thuy were excellent massage therapists! The temperature of the pool is regulated for the cold weather!

Amazing location, views, staff, facilities (indoor pool + well equipped gym). Price is very reasonable for a five star hotel. Restaurant can be very busy at peak hours over the weekends but breakfast buffet was still good.
