Sweet outdoor terrace, very close to the river which makes for a relaxing walk to the historic district, excellent daily cleaning with an eye to detail. Good air con, hot water & shower pressure. Highly recommend--excellent value! 5 star.

Hotel Royal Hoi An - Gallery offers 5-star accommodation with a sauna and terrace. The breakfast was very good with all the requisite breakfast items and some good local vietnamese specialities. The staff was always pleasant and very quick to provide whatever you have requested. The location of the hotel was close to all highlights of Hoi An and safe. I will stay there again if visiting Hoi An.

Everything was great but what impressed me most was when I wanted to wipe something off the floor, only to find out it was a permanent stain (no issue) and my wet wipe was as if unused! I have never seen such clean floors in a hotel!

The four of us spent 5 days at the hotel. The hotel is by a river not far from the old town and paddy fields. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We are happy with the size and amenities of the rooms. The hotel also have a roof top pool, a gym, and a spa where massages are offered. We will definitely stay at this hotel the next time we are back on Hoi An.
