Search five-star hotels in Northern Cyprus

My experience at Grand Sapphire was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location made for a memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and look forward to returning in the future.

Breakfast VERY wide ranging and excellent. Only niggle was it took me a day to realise you could actually order other stuff like omelettes and fried eggs. It did not say so anywhere and there was no call order chef doing it in front of you. Massive selection so why they can't leave mustard, ketchup etc out is beyond me. Had to ask for it which is daft. Location is excellent because you are a very short walk from the harbour.

Amazing service from all staff but especially for reservastion manager Mr Selami, he went over & above to make our stay perfect. The quality of the food & beaverages is outstanding, if it was possible to give 10+ I would. Beach deck waiter guy on rollers very polite & healpful. Lovely room with view. We will be back. Even had a little fun in the casino. Thank you for everything.

Amazing hotel, very clean and luxurious. Staff were lovely, always went above and beyond to help in any way shape or form. Facilities and food were excellent, would stay no where else in North Cyprus now!

We stayed in a fabulous suite that had everything we needed for our impromptu night stay. We had sushi for our dinner in the resturant which was superb, also the breakfast buffet was outstanding.

Very disappointed it’s not even 3 star hotel but marketing is 5 star

Gorgeous hotel and the restaurant was excellent. Deniz the customer relations manager really went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible and gave us 5 star treatment and upgraded our room to ensure we were happy and we even extended our stay to stay longer. Overall the staff were very helpful and the food was amazing, I would recommend this hotel to anybody

5 star hotel? Seriously? Made for package travelers. Small room, no sleeping place was prepared even though we arrived at 8pm. Terrible soundproofing, you can hear everything, the noise on the street from the technical room, the balcony was not opened. Very bad experience, never again!!!

It is just the perfect hotel. Guest friendly. Food excellent. Very clean. Casino is very good and people friendly. 5 stars.

The staff were very friendly and courteous as you would expect from a 5 star. The private beach also looked great as did the infinity pool but unfortunately the weather was dreadful.
