The staff was very kind and helpful and helped us a lot in everything we asked. They also helped us to arrange a carpool ride back to the train station.
The location is great! a short walking distance to the park entrance.

Great location, right near park entrance, staff were helpful and breakfast was good! Staff provided early breakfast for us on the final day!

Location-wise, this might be one of the best hotels for experiencing Jiuzhaigou. It's within walking distance to the park entrance (and you will want to walk, as car traffic in this area gets insane); right next door you have a number of decent restaurant options and a few souvenir shops.
The breakfast buffet was great too — the food variety and quality was significantly better compared to an average hotel breakfast in China.
