We arrived in Beijing a little after midnight and asked for an early check-in, which was granted to us with an adequate surcharge. So, technically we were 4 nights in this hotel. The receptionist was very kind and patient with us. The rooms are very nice and tidy, and they are cleaned daily. The food at breakfast is varied, well prepared, and very tasty. The overall impression is very satisfactory.

The classes were amazing! The dumpling making class was definitely worth it and the shadow puppet show was beautiful. We also arrived late at night when no food was open and Jerry very kindly made us food. Location was also incredible - the nearby lake was busy with lots of food options and the old style buildings were beautiful. Amazing experience and will definitely stay next time I’m in Beijing

The room was amazing and the service impeccable. They helped me with everything I needed and everyone that worked in the hotel was extremely kind and friendly. There's a gentleman that speaks perfect English in case you don't know Chinese or don't speak it very well. The bed was to die for, I've never slept so well in my life. It's close to renmin university, the subway, a mall, some fast food shops and right in front of a convenience store. It's worth every penny.

The staff was really helpfull - we arrived at the hotel very early and they were kind enough to find us a free room 6 hours before check-in. The room was not what we ordered, but they were kind enough to not charge us extra. The bed was very comfy, the room super dark and clean. The location is perfect for us to walk around, get food and see the district. Would come again 100%
