On arrival, when checking in, the Manager kindly upgraded our room, which didn’t disappoint us, as it was excellent. All the staff in the hotel, including reception, are extremely pleasant and helpful. We have stayed here many times, and for us, it is the only and best choice where to stay when visiting Vielha. We thoroughly recommend.

The Tuca is located in Betren, a small village in the Catalan Pyrenees. Just 800 metres from the centre of Vielha, it has a year-round swimming pool and restaurant.

The room was amazing, a huge room with a king size bed, a bath, an additional small room with a desk and couch. Really nice.

Acevi Val d'Aran is an Alpine-style hotel, set in Vielha in the Pyrenees, overlooking the Garonne River. It features a spa, luxurious rooms. The Acevi has rustic décor and beamed ceilings.

Very friendly staff and a great location for walking . Breakfast is fantastic value at 12 euro each. The hotel was heated all day .

Very cozy, calm hotel in a charming small town of Tredos. I got spacious room with balcony, view of the town and the valley. The personnel was very kind and helpful. The continental breakfast was pretty standard, but of fresh ingredients and good quality. I liked it very much.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Chalet Bassibe. Lots of options at breakfast and dinner and we all really liked the meals. The staff were really kind and welcoming and the location for our ski holiday was perfect . It’s just a short walk to the slopes although the hotel did provide an excellent bus service. I would definitely stay here again
